Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee. Any reschedule within 24 hours is considered a cancellation.
* Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
* A 4-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled.

* Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your appointment. Cancellation fees, no-show fees, and forfeited deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future appointments.
